We are seeking an experienced Working Plumbing Foreman to lead and execute luxury, custom residential, and commercial plumbing projects.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in all phases of plumbing installation with the ability to manage job sites, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and code compliance. Must be willing to commute to Big Bear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee plumbing installations for:

    • Restaurants

    • Hotels

    • Healthcare facilities

    • Luxury custom homes

  • Read, interpret, and apply blueprints and project specifications accurately.

  • Lead plumbing crews on-site, providing direction, training, and oversight.

  • Coordinate and schedule daily job activities to ensure efficiency and progress.

  • Ensure all installations meet applicable building codes and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with general contractors, clients, inspectors, and project managers.

  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective, timely solutions.

  • Monitor material usage and maintain job site organization.

  • Support company values of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of plumbing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.

  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for projects.

  • Clean driving record, with willingness to undergo background, DMV, and drug screening

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor.

  • Comfortable working in varied environments and adverse weather conditions. (indoor, outdoor, confined spaces).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and licensing).

  • Per diem and accommodations provided for travel projects. Travel expenses paid.

  • Compensation: $40 to $45 per hour for qualified individuals.
