The Foundation Pour
Before a single pipe goes in the ground, you need to understand the site. This drone footage captures the Moonridge Hotel at the foundation stage — the footprint, the terrain, and the scale of what's being built.
Underground parking. Two floors of guest units. A building that sits low enough that gravity alone can't move the sewer to the street. The kind of project that requires planning long before the first shovel hits dirt.
Inside the build — Tom walks the job site
Tom Kirkham walks the Moonridge Hotel mid-construction — from premium guest units on the second floor to the sewage ejector pit at the bottom of the parking garage.
He covers the guest unit layouts, three commercial water heaters, the sewage ejector system that pumps waste up to street grade, and the sand and oil separator that handles garage floor runoff. This is what full-scope commercial plumbing looks like on a real job.
